Pigment Vintage Washing

Pigment washing is a dyeing technique that gives clothing a natural vintage feel. The fabric is colored at high temperatures using natural dyes.

It is characterized by relatively little wrinkling even with frequent washing. Its distinctive, subtle colors make this dyeing technique popular for casual looks.

The washing process may create natural creases around the neckline or hem. Areas of patchy-looking dye are a pigment vintage-washing effect rather than a product defect.

Please be aware of these characteristics before purchasing.

• Some dye odor and scratches are characteristics of pigment washing. They are normal rather than defects; the pigment dye odor disappears after washing. Please bear this in mind when receiving the item.
• Because this product is washed with natural dyes, color fading and color transfer may occur. Avoid wearing or washing it together with light-colored clothing. Spot washing or wiping with a wet tissue may cause localized fading.

Fabric

Made with carefully selected 100% cotton fabric, characterized by excellent strength and durability.

This 16-count fabric resists tearing and fraying for long wear. Its moisture absorption and breathability quickly absorb moisture in humid summer weather and perspiration from the body.

Quality Enhanced with Three Finishing Processes

A T-shirt strengthened with tumble, tenter and bio-washing finishes so that it can be worn for a long time without changing shape after washing.

Tumble

To help prevent fabric deformation, moisture is sprayed onto the fabric before it is dried in a tumble-washing machine. Moisture and temperature (heat), the main causes of deformation during washing, are treated during fabric production to minimize garment shrinkage.

Tenter

To prevent fabric shrinkage, the edges of the cloth are held with clips or pins during dyeing and finishing, then heat of 10–200 degrees is applied to firmly set its shape. This corrects fabric twisting and produces a uniform shrinkage rate.

Bio Washing

An enzyme-based finishing process that smooths short fibers on the fabric surface. BIO enzymes break down fibers to help prevent pilling.

Washing Tips

• Do not leave the item soaking in water mixed with detergent; wash it immediately.
• After spin-drying, dry the item immediately. Leaving it bunched up may cause color transfer.
• Always wash white and colored items separately.
• Wash immediately after wearing if you have perspired heavily.
• Dry and store natural-fiber products thoroughly to protect them from mold and pests.
• Close zippers and fasten buttons before washing.
• Do not use hot-air drying, as it may cause the product to shrink.
• Take care around cigarettes and flames, as the product can catch fire.
• Damage caused by consumer negligence is not compensated, so please follow the instructions above.

For safer use, always read the care label attached to the product before use.

Returns and Exchanges

• Washed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Items that are stained or show signs of use cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• An exchange or return is available within 7 days of completed delivery, provided that the tags and accessories have not been removed. When returning an item, include the same packaging contents.
• The customer must pay shipping costs for a change of mind or a size exchange.
• Please allow approximately 1–3 days after the return is received for inspection and exchange / refund processing.

Packaging conditions that prevent exchange / refund

An exchange / refund is unavailable if the product is damaged or its tag has been removed or damaged, as shown in the packaging examples below. Complete the return form and pack it with the item in the same condition as originally received.
